File Waster

File Waster is a security tool that lets you on one hand encrypt files, and on the other eliminate files securely. Encrypting a file is as easy as dragging it to the program interface and setting a password for it of between 4 and 56 characters.

File Waster deletes the original files permanently. It also lets you encrypt the name of the file so nobody can even guess what's inside it.

The app works with both individual files and entire folders with their corresponding subfolders. Another interesting thing about File Waster is the possibility to save space on your disk by compressing the files before encrypting them.

Finally, File Waster has four different modes to delete your files in a secure way, and one of them works at a hardware level.
